I just recently started to watch this show, I actually think its kind of neat how he can make the show interesting/dramatic with the stories added to it. I get bored watching plain fishing shows, this is the first show that actually caught my attention.... if he just went fishing for big fish I probably wouldn't watch it anymore..
and I ate a purple elephant that farts rainbow sprinkles. Doubt it can happened to anyone with the lampreys and there's zero incidents of lamprey sucking blood on the humans. A leech maybe but a lamprey?
Interesting that an active member if this forum is only just getting around to watching the show.
lol.. Ash you should watch the "after reels" ect I relly enjoyed some of the never been aired episodes where he talks about what it takes to get to some of these places ect... It's also "real drama" opposed to all the staged stuff you see now-a-days ( won't name names.....)
theres a pond in orlando florida stocked with barramundi. if you pay 400 dollars you can fish for 2 hours for all the barra you can catch. you can even pay extra to keeep one to eat.
Also I guess it's safe to say he can only really catch big sharks, odd balls, perciforms, and cats. The latter three being the only ones that impress the members of MFK.
