pretty good episode but i wish they focused more on the pima like they did at the end. I did not know that cayman got to 20 feet either!
I enjoyed the show knowing it's mostly for entertainment purposes and not for educational purposes. It isn't all factual information but it's a good show and he is a cool guy. I've recorded all of them on my DVR so far and have already watched them each a couple times.
The Shovelnose he caught in the most recent episode was spectacular. The pattern was something you don't see often.

is it just me or does anyone get fed up with this show? it seems like they hype up too much on how dangerous these fish are. and its too much talk not enough fish!!!

yea it was a nice large shovelnose....Didnt he say that it was a very rare fish? or is that just me.....I thought the did and was just thinking that you can go anywhere and buy one lol

ya i was really excited about the arapaigma episode but they only good part was when the fish were jumping over the net. i was falling asleep

You can go buy a basic Tiger Shovelnose at just about any LFS but not that species he caught. The pattern was way different.
