Wow....8.5"!!!!! Are you feeding them more than once a day? My orinos are only 6" big and hardly want to eat shrimps. They just want to eat pellets and massivores.

I feed my big tank only once a day. I am switching to everyother day cause of bare bottom. My bass loves floating sticks. The 2 bigger ones. Actually those 2 will eat anything. My smaller 8 incher only eats shrimp.
