where your fish acting funny when your water was like that , and when you used this did the fish go back to normal to , or is this just going to clear the water ,im going to buy it anyway sounds good but im just curious to now what all its going to do thanks john
My fish weren't happy but they weren't dieing either....
I battled the cloudy water for weeks. I got a couple sample bottles of that stuff and tried it out. Like I said, overnight it cleared up like crystal.
Its not just a chemical, its active bacteria and stuff. I'm no chemist so... can't give you details.

Cloudy water kind of sounds like a bacteria bloom IMO. What do you mean by "fish getting sick", any visible symptoms?

I can't speak for Fernie but I did on my tank when I had the problem. Didn't help. But then again... it was only a 9w UV for a 75g... well... actually, that should have been enough.
drop 5 XL sponge filter at the bottom and wait 24 hrs... see what happens, i'm sure it will solve the cloudy water 
just got back on thanks for everybody's help im going to work on it today thanks again ill let you know what the outcome was .
