Have you tested the water? Give us some numbers. How much light does it get? How often do you clean it? How long has it been set up? There's a ton of reasons that you can have cloudy water. Most of which the chemicals and ro water would not help with.
You don't need RODI, Fernando. It doesn't solve your cloudy water issue. Keep in mind that RODI has a ratio of 1 to 4 of "good" water. For every 5 gallons, you get only 1 gallon of good water, and waste the other 4 gallons. Active carbon or UV sterilizer. Don't buy those cheapo UV. Buy Coralife, Aqua... If you don't want to spend a lot, then just use active carbon, but make sure to replace them once every month, or they'll "refund" all those chemical that they absorbed back into your tank
