Hello; I don't think so. I think they had a minor fender bender with each other. When the older guy got out of his car to exchange information somehow he wound up on as a hood ornament on the younger man's car.

They were both arrested but I do not exactly understand why the hood ornament guy was arrested? I guess he did something but I do not know. This serious talk is not as much fun as make believe.

I was thinking that the OG was probably going to be accused of threatening the younger driver. Who sounds like he may be b.s'ing as an excuse to why he fled the scene.

I sure think he was b.s'ing....guess he figured it was worth a shot lol.
 
Unbelievable that the guy would jump on the hood of someone's moving car.....someone who he'd just been arguing with, no less.
 
Gosh, what’s wrong with people. So many mistakes made on both sides.
