They are wild but they always feed them so they stay next to the docks, theyre free to come and go as they please but they just stay around the docks cause theyre constantly being fed.

Haha, yep there was blood, he was trying to attract sharks, just kidding, these guys dont have "teeth" but he said it felt like sandpiper.
