seems some scientist came up wqith a truely robotic fish. it uses 3 moving joints to make the realistic swimming motion, which is neat considering how many muscles fish actually use. its comepletely submersible and recharges in an hour, the ones I saw on tv were about the size of a large bass, they claim that in the next few years every home aquarium will have these instead of real fish lol
 
thats stupid.. why take care of a non-living creature in ur own tank? tsk tsk.. stupid concept.

i doubt it. robotic fish have been around a while
 
they put robots in a zoo? and they even call it a zoo? i thought zoo's are for REAL animals not ROBOTS
 
there are only 3 of these right now and they are all in the uk i belive. i saw it on discovery channel. from far away they look like real fish and swim like them too.
 
pretty cool..........maybe finally a "fish" that can stand up to my macrothalmus...hahaah!!
