Around here they call them freshwater barracuda. Is the max size 10"?

normaly max size are 9'' but someone grow to 10''

So I know this is an old thread but I'd like to know how these guys react to non room temp water changes ( faucet) and to tank cleaning. They're called Rocket Gar for a reason and I don't want any hassle doing tank maintenance etc. Thx
