OK, like I posted before about the ticket debacle, here's what happened yesterday. Arround 10am my buddy texts me and reminds me early tickets are on sale and heres his seat. You can now look up seats and sit next to your friends! So I go online, sure enough the seats next to him are available but, they won't let me have them stating I am leaving a gap trying to sit right next to him? I try a couple times and then call. The girl is very appologetic yet has no answers other than keep trying its a glitch. Glitch, really?? I tell her this happens every year and I'm really upset to which she just says keep trying the bots are buying up all the seats. I tell her to take my name off their list, I'm fed up. I give her a long made up email then I ask her to repeat it back to me and she can't! I then asked to speak to a manager and she hangs up on me?! Wow, just wow. Needless to say, I just bought tickets and got pretty good seats but, what crappy service for the...4th, 5th year in a row?
