Years ago a customer dropped of a spiny tail that size at the pet store i worked at. I def regret taking it to this day.

thanks, well i keep reading how these guys hate to be handled and are energetic but i find rocky to be good most of the time. He clings on to my shoulder, only when i put him down for a long period of time( like on my desk while im on the computer) he likes moving around. He never hissed, scratched, or even bit me yet. He loves flicking his tongue like a monitor for some strange reason.

I keep C. quinquecarinata, palearis, and melanosterna. These little Ctenosaurs are pretty fast, particularly when they are trying to get away. If you ever find more, will you let me know. I am always looking for more of these to add to a captive breeding project.

Looks like my Five Keeled spiny, really cool lizards. Mine jets around like a bat out of hell, fastest lizard I've seen in a long while lol. Love them, though!
