No, not directly as far as I know, but iirc, the complete removal of phosphate and magnesium will likely inhibit BB in the tank, so you may end up with issues if you have an overloaded tank and no other source.

The amount you have to add is tiny, so whether adding a little bit of unfiltered tap water (5%? 10%?) or a small amount of pure powder is enough, it shouldn't be difficult to satisfy the BB needs. But 100% pure water with no supplements might not be the way to go.

Basically with rodi you remove everything from the water good and bad. You have to take the blank slate and add back what is needed for a healthy aquarium. How much you add back will depend on the plants and animals that will be kept. There are commercially available mixes to reconstitute rodi water like seachem replenish.
