. The far tear has redness which means it is fresh and still bleeding, tore to the vascular tissue. This is an opening that could get infected. Keep water clean and watch for fuzz or black necrosis as it heals. Will be fine but you'll need to treat if you see those during healing.

so her disc is getting worse and i believe i need to start treating the tank.. i do not have
QT big enough not to stress her out so i have to treat the whole tank.. she is starting to get white around and on her wounds. what suggestions do you have as far as medications. ?

Does it look like the wounds are being reopened? Is she divided? Sometimes rays like to pick at wounds on other rays. I've seen multiple rays nip at the same spot on the same injured ray.

She needs clean water and possibly medicine to heal. But first for the trauma to stop so she can heal.

the male has been leaving her alone, the only time i see him get close is at feeding time.. i will try to get some pics
