Heres a video. It gets worse as it goes on.....

Ouch!!! i seriously hope you have insurance for your place, i mean i read your posts before and knew it would be bad, but that last part of the video really shows just how bad its gotten... any way, best of luck with that and hope you get it all sorted out with little to no hassle...
Wow just wow man to you're lucky you didn't loose you Pirahna in the whole mess of things or you equip.....Keep us posted at least you got three free skylights....
i..... would....have....shot.....someone.... this happened at an apartment i used to work at but thankfully no one lived in that unit at that time. and it wasn't anywhere near as bad. but im sorry that happened. oh and btw, anything AND I MEAN ANYTHING that got wet they have to replace. if it works or not it doesn't matter. if it is not replaceable they must compensate you for it. i would contact an attorney the second they try anything funny. hopefully everything goes alright. and with your video evidence im sure you will be fine. to be honest its probably better you was there and saw it happening bit by bit. because if you were to walk in and find everything in shambles you probably would have had a stroke.
To make matters worse, not even TWO HOURS before this happened I had just broken up with my girlfriend. wtf... Yeah Between the video and the list i made along w some still shots the evidence is all there and in my favor... Its just a matter of being put through all this trouble... UGH
wow you are way more rational a person that I would have been in that situation. Props for documenting everything. and certainly props for keeping your cool, had it been me the news would have read "workers killed after causing aparment damage"
