I would post number values. If ammonia or nitrite is anything above zero it is not fine, even though the test strips say it is. Nitrates of 20 ppm or above long term become toxic as well. I also believe that a 5 year old rope fish, angelfish and goldfish in a 15 gallon are fine. I would imagine trace amounts of ammonia or nitrite or a nitrate level of 40ppm+.

Also, when a tank has a sick fish, never move other fish from that tank into unaffected tanks. Fish can carry disease for a short while before it having any visible effects.
