Does anyone know where I can purchase one or know how to make one?
I have always wanted one but never seen them for sale anywhere and I was in Sharkaquarium the other day looking at one that was part of one of the filteting systems there.
 
You can buy those plastic sprinklers that spin and spray. Modify it may be?

You mean the lawn types?
 
Is it for a wet dry filter? If so I can draw you a diagram for a pvc one. Had one on my first wet dry.
