hi just got my first knife fish today as title says it'sa royal knife fish it's roughly 4" will post pics soon what would you reccomend feeding it to get it to grow fast

Meaty foods that are high in protein. Min should be 40% protein. It will get up to 12" in a few months.

Krills
Prawns
Shrimps
Hikari carnivore pellets
Hikari cichlid gold (sinking type)

its a clown and healthy looking one! try frozen bloodworms

thats what it was labbeled as i looked on google images they all look like that or more smaller spots

That a clown knife and not a royal knife. They are both in the same family.
