Its a local pick up, by me. I live withing driving distance from this guy over the border. It is actually quite easy when you are buying 1 or two rays. I called FWS at the border and if its only 1 or 2 rays you are buying, all you have to do is declare it and drive on through. It gets to be an issue when you are bringing in larger quantities especially on a regular basis.

if you guys want some rays shipped and big dave is able to do that. basically ill need money, dave gets the fish and he can ship. its true that u can take 1 or 2 over the border without any problem. sry i didnt respond to your pms but big dave pretty much has this one and perhaps the female. ill post more when available.
