So "dull-eyed pleco" is an accepted common name for L191? Will the original L191 in this thread keep the same patterning or will it gradually change to look more like mine and matubula's avatar?

The two plecs in this thread are different fish.

Add 7". These guys get to 17"SL.

Yes, it was imported from Colombia into the UK and is still in the shop atm. Its in a fibre glass tank/pond.

From all the large L191 (and L418) I've seen none have a prominent pattern that resembles their juvenile one.
