Damn so it isnt a royal pleco? i got it for 100 sing dollars, for 10" is it worth the price?? so its a L330! gonna kill my friend. haha
Because when i asked him y doesnt my royal have lines, and he told me its a royal spotted pleco.... LOL!!!

It IS a Royal pleco, just a different type. Some people like them even better and they are a little more difficult to find... especially that size. I'm not sure what the conversion is but you most definitely got a cool Royal pleco from your buddy.

It is a royal. L330, aka spotted royal, aka Watermelon. And What a beauty. Congrats and you most definately did not get ripped off. Congrats!

It's a nice fish and falls within the broad group which we refer to as royals. I apologize I did not realize your concern was that it was not a type of royal. Again, nice fish.

It shouldn't matter what some strangers say on an online forum, if you're happy with the fish you got for the price you paid then it's a good deal. Who cares?
