RTBS keepers?

I am a big fan of the Red tailed black shark. Anyone else keep these ? Do they survive with monsters?

They are indeed cool looking fish but I do not think they really stand a chance, they get to about 5" and at that size alone most will look at them as food.

My lfs keeps larger RTBS with some cichlids, they look to be ok. Those Cichlids aren't monsters though.

i keep a 2 inch rtbs with my 7 inch clown knife and she gets right up in its face sometimes. the clown knife eats feeders too?!

not the same thing, but I have a small (2") rainbow shark in with some cichlids and was doing ok for almost a year, although recently someone in the tank did quite a number on the top of its caudal fin
