Guys so far my sick rtc or not sick rtc is eating a bit but i think the problem could be the dominant rtc, I'm planning on moving the sick one alone to another tank with would be 2 feet like that, but I was thinking is there any way to make my dominant rtc not so aggressive

Do what I did with my green severum when he was being aggressive. Stick him in a different tank for a while then put him back. He's now the new kid at school in his mind.
Or possibly whenever you see him being a bully stick him in some kind of container but leave the container in the tank.
I put my severum in a kritter keeper but left it in the tank when he decided to be aggressive. He tried it 2 times then on the 3rd time he stayed in for a week and now he's mellow. I think not feeding during that time could either make his aggression worse or less.

my rtc is fatter the a container and I can't put him in a container that's like torture

I didn't mean like a small container so that he didn't have room. I meant something big enough so he can move around but just be restricted to etching the other fish and not being able to interact with them physically. I put a 3 inch green severum in the 5 gallon kritter keeper. It's not small enough to be cruel but not big enough so he's comfy. It's just enough.

I moved my bullied rtc to a new tank for him to heal those injuries, his not eating anything so far and I'm getting pretty worried

What have you tried feeding him? I hear that no fish can resist beef heart.
