  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Quick update: The "Zapped RTC" is fine. He's back to his old self today.
Now he's spoiled, though as I have been hand feeding him and his belly looks like he swallowed a tennis ball today.
hehe

Everyone, for your own protection install Ground Fault Circut Interupter on any electical accessories you have on your fish tanks. Standard circut breakers will not always trip if they is a problem.

Remember water and electricity do not mix.

Oh man, I hope he is alright. Hey, if you have big fish, you REALLY need something to protect your heater. They usually will have something like that at your lfs.

make sure you install a power out alarm to protect the fish if the gfi turns off the power

for big fish get all metal heaters or get the heater out of the tank itself
