RTC going to POP!!!

The Hybred was 8in and I have a Jack Dempsy thats just 2in thats been living with him for a month with no issues. All the other fish in the tank are smaller and no problems.

Maybe the Hybred just pissed him off?????lol

My RTCs can eat my TSNs but sumhow they never seem to get down to it...maybe cause they r in a pond???

They could but look at it from your fish' point of view. Your rtcs and tsns are huge. Most adult catfish will eat medium or small meals because they expend too much energy trying to digest such a large meal. Now if you starved your fish for a month or two you would be looking at some rtcs chasing some knifefish and tsn around your pond lol. Adult catfish have way slower metabolisms and would rather take small amounts of food in versus huge amounts. Small catfish are trying to make it to adulthood as fast as possible and thus will eat anything that will fit in their mouths.
