Since your in NJ you can try to arrange something with Jeff Rapps to ship it. Like you bring him the fish and pay him for his supplies and he can ship it for you. Idk if he personally does this but I know other vendors offer this service and he is close to your location.

you really dont need a pond for a rtc, anything 8"/4"/36" would be enough. im not saying it would be the best thing for the fish or that the fish would be happy but it would provide more then 95% of people give them and it could live a full life in it.
