rtc living in yellow water,,

my RTC and TSN live together happily.. most of the time. and i'm not sure that they are fussing with each other when they are poking at each other, i think they are playing.

i've tried separating these two.. put the TSN in the tank next door and they both sit and look at each other through the glass. and i tried putting up a barrier in the tank they are in to keep them from hurting each other and they worked together to knock it down on the 3rd day. and EVERY time they get back together they stay side by side and rub on each other for at least a day..

Monroe is BEAUTIFUL!!!! let me know when you want to adopt Lucy (for Lucille Ball).

Is it's yellow belly the result of living in the yellow water for so long?

the yellow belly is from a diet of prawns and other simler shell fish foods

i dont know of any effects ,, its a new fish to me ,,

the diet from the last owner was described as ''anything''

so who knows what its been eating ,,

Great to see u have the space to save such a huge fish, there was a guy local to me who had lots of monster fish including a GG, but unfortunatly i didnt have the space for them, i was /still am kicking myself about it as i think he still has them all.

There is a barrundi cat in his mix too Great looking cats your building up there matey, get those little fellows out asap or kiss good bye to them all

all fish apart from my largest dat have been moved into new quarters ,

things done on the cat tank so far is a dimmer light set to one side so i have a light and dark tank during tthe day ,

also added some plants on wood ,, (did not want any weights getting eaten )

removed thermometer and added rena unbreakable heaters with visual indication on temperature(flashing,steady or fast flash light )

also added eheim surface skimmer for a film removal every other day,,
