RTC not eating

I think wants see settles down from the handling he will come back around.

So don't worry about your parameters, bully tank mates, or that the tank may not be cycled? I don't see a RTC in your profile smitty, I might be wrong. I've had a few over the years and they only took a few days to settle in and eat when they had good conditions, when transferred from tank to tank. RTCs are trash cans when healthy they eat anything all the time. I've been through this and lost one because I was stubborn and thought with my weekly water changes I didn't have to look at my PH, just amm, nitrate and nitrite and I lost a RTC when it went acidic.

Check your parameters and then say it needs to just acclimate.

i did that mistake once and lost the other due to negligence on my behalf.... so no more of that stuff... water parameter are normal... i have a well at home, so the water is not chlorinated whatsoever and toxins are zero... its fresh as u can get....

the changing of colour was in the previous tank he used to do that a lot.... prolly he was stressed cause of the size of the tank... there was a delay i ran into when i was DIYing my tank... but for now he seems pretty dark and fine :).... yea i have this sump i built didnt have any plans of it then so now im in the middle of trying and getting an overflow done which i am sure is stressing all the fish in there... so i better sort myself out sooner ;)

well for tank mates im not sure about the two featherfins in there as they stay pretty close to him.... i will be moving them outta there soon to my cichlid tank... other than them he has 3 aros juvi which im sure is of no concern to him...
