although, if you do get a ray, your going to have to do barebottom or sand. and have perfect water parameters, constantly. they are super sensitive, even more so than some of the most sensitive of fish.

might not be good idea keeping rays with a RTC, might have some aggression issues..... im getting a tank in my future that would be big enough for a RTC, but im gonna keep rays in it, thats why its such a large base, 120" by 48"
well you all wanted some updates so here they are. i was able to get one of the two reds out of the tank for some growth shots. They are both about the exact same size exact this one is a little wider in the head area. still doing good... so far they have only eaten 1 of there tankmates.. a 1.5 inch silver dollar
cant wait til i get some arowana. heard that they can grow from 6 to 24 inches in about a year or year and half.
