alright sounds good. I'll buy pretty small when I go about getting one and then let it grow into a monster. I guess its just a matter of time to get the 300 gal up and cycling now. Thanks for you help guys and I hope to own one of these guys soon. Thanks for your help.
 
Not exactly sure how old my big hybrid is, but I got it at 22", and I believe the previous owner had it for 18 months before me. It is now 37" and I have had it for a little over 2 years. So it's almost 4 years old and 37".

I've seen the photos of yours. Its one good looking fish and the largest that I've seen photos of. I dont recall what size of those indoor ponds your keeping yours in.
