I agree they are awsome fish, love mine to bits but afraid mine is going when i find a new owner for him.
You should already know but i wouldnt trust one with a another fish at all, unless you are not bothered about him eating them.
My 11inch TSNxRT ate my near 10 inch aro and had never been fed live food, also was always well fed.

hehe, as his pond mate therell be my id shark. doubt he'll get eaten.
do they grow fast? today he finally ate infront of me :D some guppies ofcourse, going to wait for tomorrow to get some fillet and more for him.

Nice cat man! lol if mine ends up looking like that ima be a happy, well the ids just there because its there, i cnt sell it off or anything due to having a crooked moth. if it lives it lives ;)
 
those are some nice cats you guys got. I have a RTC but im plannin on gettin a RTCxTSN when im finished with my big tank. Cant wait :) Good luck with your cat man.
 
Thanks :D, when i bought him i had originaly planned on 1 rtc and 1 tsn, the shop i had ordered them with was closed down so i had to walk into another store. saw a tank Full of these with several RTC. Fell immediately inlove with these :D

Btw he seems to have eaten the baby convict that was in the tank lol. i guess the storm begins

haha yeah. Mine at a baby senegal bichir and a baby oscar this week.:irked: Im having to set up a temp 35 to house him till his new tank is done. Im just curious but whats the price range for RTCs and RTCxTSNs where your at? I got my RTC at 1.5inch for $24 US and they had the hybrids for $12
 
well i got this guy in singapore, and took him on the plane down here to seychelles, a 9hr trip. but in singapore these guys are cheap! rtc's go as low as $6 sing. i got my hybrid for only 8 sing $. Not sure whats the exchange rate to usd.

The rtc is much cheaper than were you are though.

i got 2 bichirs aswell, not sure exactly what kind. was going to house them in the 50 for a while but thank god i didnt, they would become food in no time lol
