Help please my guy has ich! what do i do!?! i have no aquarium salt or treatment, unable to get because i live in seychelles, there are no pet stores! hel please

Bump up the temperature slowly to 86F. Make sure there is adequate airation. Try to track down some aquarium salt.
so i checked up after and the white spots seem to have dissapeared. now hes just lying vertically on the wall, like swimming vertically? :S
ok, finally got a heater and salt, temp is at 86 f and i added 8 tablespoons. he seems to react positively, looking much better. what now?
Keeps the temps elevated for at least a week. If it was me I would also be doing daily water changes, vacuuming the bottom quite heavily. Remember to replace the salt if you go this route.
just a quick update, everything looks good, ich gone he is eating aloot! still only takes dead guppies though. i stuff them with pellets :/. he has put on an inch or so

My TSN is about 5-6'' at this point. He's been eating frozen mysis and the occasional brine shrimp since he was in the tank. In addition, he's been eating some of my pearl danios which I had used to help cycle the tank.
He won't eat sinking pellets at all and I haven't seen him eat any vegetation.

Try shrimp mate, mine went with guppies for a while then I gave him cut up fillets and shrimp, he took pellets once or twice but that's all, I'm just gunn a keep him on shrimp and fish.
