I bought this guy a little while ago and didn't notice he had gill curl at first because he hid all the time....Is this something that i need to be worried about, and how do i fix it ??????

Check your parameters on your water... you'll prob find that you have low PH in the tank, you'll need to get some water changes going regularly ASAP
I do check my water weekly and also do 50% WC every friday.....He had the GC when i got him i just didn't pay attention when i got him from the lfs
Are you checking your PH? What is it at?
Is it getting worse? If no then keep up what your doing... if it is then bump up the water changes.... it's never going to totally heal or get better but because it's a small RTC it won't look so bad as it gets bigger... Even Necro's had some Gill Curl if I remember correctly and it's hardly noticable now...

Only had him for a couple months... Is it some thing that i should try and trim off and let it heal back???? Oh yea it's not getting worse at all just looks bad all the time...
I don't beleive that Gill Plates grow back... they may sometimes heal and look alittle better but definetly not going to look right
it won't be as noticable as your RTC grows...it will seem like it's shrinking if you actually have it under control... if you don't then it will just get worse
