Rtc x tsn diet?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Viktor, just out of interest, how do you know that the TSN is used as the mother and RTC as the father? I know that there are always some reasons but I'd like to know for this one.

I got one word for you: "Necrocanis".

... Well, can't resist adding a few more... "Our-Own-Hybrid-Catfish-Nut-in-Residence" :)

He has amassed an enviable collection of original documents and articles describing how many (most?) hybrids are produced, both experimentally and in mass-production.

What's a trout worm?

(Let me know, if you will, how you find it if you ever make it out there, please.)

Its a regular worm like a earthworm just not as thick and much shorter. My lfs gave em them for my teacup retic that died.

Well you are the direct runner up when it comes to MFK's biggest catfish nut so I figured you'd know too :D
I'm sure Necroceranis will notice this thread. Cliff can't pass up a thread that has RTC and/ or TSN in the title :D

Thanks. Never known about this one.

From http://troutworm.com/

"Trout worm also known as European nightcrawler, Belgian Worm, Super Red, Carolina Crawlers and others is a favorite worm for not only trout fishing but brim and catfish as well. The trout worm is not native to the United States as it originates from Europe. After it introduction to the USA, the trout worm has adapted to survive naturally in many environments throughout the continental 48.

Trout worms are more tolerant to the cooler weather making them a real treat for trout in the early spring.

Trout worms also make excellent manure composting worms."

Yeah, I am a bit surprised he has not piped in yet. If I remember correctly, the info on the paternal and maternal species was given to me by Cliff in a PM. If he has not already, I hope he will post it in his "Hybrid Catfish" thread or in a new thread.

Hes stuffed with tilapia stuffed with nls.

Hey, Ben. You exceeded your PM quota again and, hence, are unreachable... Anyway, what I was writing is that it probably is easier to PM Cliff.

The discussion of the parental species may not necessarily belong here anyway. He needs to put it in his Hybrid Catfish thread or a new thread.
