id sharks get huge..... oscars could work mut they might take a bite out of them when they catfish is bigger....

Well then I guess I won't add in the oscars but I already have any id shark in my 55 gallon so would just the two of them be good?

Read up in the catfish forum......the id sharks are very active and needs lots of room for swimming and they grow very large..I have 2 tsnxrtc and have had them for 18 days and they have gone from 2.5 inches to 4.5inches and aren't slowing down. You need to get that pond going asap. Good luck

yes both catfish get massive the id is a very active catfish and will probably require a pond longer than 8'.. 10-12' will be much better

That's good I would I only have him in the 55 for a month tops. Just so I can cycle the pond and get some starter fish in there and make sure everything is good. Also in the long run I was wondering if I could add in a rtc and tsn as well?

i think you could do that cuz i have a 8 x 8 x 36inch pond with RTC, RTC x TSN, 2pacu, and i want to get a TSN or achara cat but im putting them in a bigger pond in like 1-2 years so i think you could if you expand in 2-3 years cuz you dont have the pacu

ID shark grow very slow i have a 1year old ID shark and he is 10inchs
