Hey everybody my parents just bought me Lake Erie! How many FX5s will I need to filter it? I would take pictures but my TSNxSilver Aro Hybrid ate my camera!

Seriously there needs to be an age restriction on this site.

Its one thing if your young and your trying to learn more stuff, but come on... you cant pull a fast one on a MFK member saying something like that.
 
hey any idea what i should feed my new bluegill shark? the mom is a 7gill shark and the dad is a bluegill. I have a 2.5 million gallon tank the the Monterey Bay Aquarium is gonna give me. Is that a big enough tank? I took pictures but i dropped my laptop in the tank so.. Can I add redtail catfish in it too.

as long as you add atleast 100 sponge filters... you should be okay

I see no need to overfilter. Just run one hob filter like I do on my whalesharkxguppy hybrid tank
 
oh no, the president of the american aquarium association sent me a HUGE overhang filter. it's around 25feet across, and has 500lbs of mechanical and biobags!
i will be sure to add 4 whale sharks in it by next month. will post pictures if i don't drop the laptop in the tank again. I think i can get a hold of a great white shark too..not sure..since i heard it's hard to get one as a pet.
