Bass is fine to feed, I would do as others have suggested and freeze first to minimize parasites.

Also almost all systems have some level of parasites present in them. As long as a healthy environment is maintained the fishes immune system can usually prevents an outbreak.

NO NO NO they carry parasites you can quarenteen for weeks but theirs no guarante that the bass wont still carry parasites as some arnt as showy

oddballs die younger when fed feeders as theirs going to be some time when the feeder will still cary the parasite and it prob will kill the fish if you feed frozen and prepared they will be more healthy and its better on the feeder and the fish

i dont no why but im getting the feeling that your one of the people that get these fab monsters just for their personal feeding fun correct me if im rong

you are totaly wrong. the bass is alredy dead and frozen

thanx for the info i will feed it fish fillets AFTER is was Frozen.
