  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
how big is it?

my asian aros are picky ... at least those that leave by themselves. The x-back that leaves in a large community is not picky eater ... learns quick or risk starving.

PS: RTCs are my unwanted food cleaners ^^

Not sure havent messured.. but around 10-12 " maybe.

Baught new brand of shrimps today alittle better alteast he still doesnt eat all of them tho gonna try scaled ones next time

Bump.. he still wont eat properlly today i gave them salmon and both others eat again but my RTG didnt . anyone know what the problem is? starting too worry me ... i mean salmon should be a delicassy right?

try crickets

My RTGs appetite dropped off when it reached that size. It still doesn't eat much, then sometimes it'll pig out for a day. Variety helps but is a hassle, it means you have to have lots different foods. What live food are you using?

Dont give him anything thats "live" , feeders etc. just feed it shrimp and other sort of fish mostly. gonna try some crickets now tho too see how its eating . and thing is it looks like he wants to eat but "cant" beacsue he keeps biting the shrimp / spit it out and then chew it again .

That's normal, even like it's playing with it. It sounds bored of the food. Try crickest and super worms if you can get them. I have to feed mine different foods each week or so. otherwise it stops eating.
They can go weeks without food you know.
