Besides the gill curl on one side, no health concern. That was my fault for not upgrading his tank fast enough when he was younger. Doesn't seem to bother him one bit though.

He had perfect eyes until 2 years ago. Basically at 8 years of age, one of his eyes just dropped all of a sudden. Its weird.

I've kept a lot of arowanas but this one stayed the longest! Even with the defects lol.

Here is another pic from today. Lost a scale after shifting tanks.
