hey bro, i'm from the Philippines too.

nice RTG. never tried feeding my aros thru chopsticks or handfeed them.

read in your other thread that you're feeding your aro Superworms. you might want to try Market Prawns and Bullfrogs.

prawns for color and Frogs for body mass. that's what i feed my aros.

and also we have a local site just like this in the Philippines.

yeah bro, i already switched from feeding my aro all worm to feeding him with fresh shrimps, feeder fish, crickets and frogs

And yes, I am also a member of PALHS but i find more people active here on MFK

Hahahah, I used my DLSR to capture this vid.
and I believe slow mo cams are really expensive for a teenager like me.

What kind of insets are you feeding your Arowana? Just superworms and crickets? Awesome video.

i used to feed only superworms, then added crickets, then added mealworms. the I stopped feeding my aro with insects that has great amounts of protein. cuz what i realize is that the local fish store that fed the arowana lots of worms the arowanas get lots of wrinkles and make the arowana look ugly. but the other fish store feeds its arowana with worms, frogs, and ocasionaly some worms, they end up looking better than the aros fed with a lot of worms.

so now i feed my aro fresh shrimps from markets and frogs.

cool man! i wish i could collect frogs too, but it's pretty hard to see and catch frogs in my place! so i buy them, and what sucks the most, is that it is also very hard to find a fish store that sells feeder frogs! my LFS has been out of frogs for a month now!
