Rtg spawn, round 3

My pair of aro bred yet again, making it their third spawn. Hopefully the male will be able to brood for 2 weeks. During their second spawn the male managed to brood the eggs for 9 days. Really wish he'll be able to brood longer this time.

Do you have any information/advise on sexing RTG's ? I'd love to know the gender of mine and maybe try to breed one day !

How do they get along ? How is pairing achieved ? Is it as simple as putting together a male or female, or a lot of trial and error ???

Any information you could share would be great, Again congrats!
