Thanks, everyone. 
The aro is now just shy of 3 years old. The primary diet up to 12" was superworms and then I switched him to mostly shelled market shrimp with about 25% of his diet being superworms and NLS/massivore pellets. I don't intentionally feed him pellets. He just helps himself when I feed pellets to the cichlids and bichirs.
I normally feed shrimp to the tank 4 times a week. I hand feed the aro 5-6 full shrimp before cutting the shrimp up to feed the others. On off-days I feed him 20-25 superworms. His appetite has been pretty consistent. He's just coming up to 20" now.

Absolutely beautiful! You should start a thread of his growth over the years...... a review of how he's grown and developed! Esp for the Asian Aro fans like us American's that can't have them.
