The picture is not very clear. The finage marking seen abit questionable. A clearer shoot on the fish without flash should do a better trick.

But my question is shouldnt the fish come with it's cert of identity? Which farm and from which seller?

Yea its hard to say, its like other say its kinda unclear to state.

I can see some gold on the gill plate but flash is a killer. Looks like a Banjar in that photo.
Cloudy eyes aswell, and a damaged fin.
Potential for what excatly?

here are 3 pics without flash. forgive my photo "skills" XD. nope koji, i didnt get any certificate for it. it was the first time the lfs bought asian aros without cert and as i wanted to get one, i jumperd on the opportunity XD it was sold as golden. paid it around $SGD 250.
