So this is my 3 year old RTG which is in the Philippines right now.. I haven't gotten the chance to go back there lately but when I do (which is soon) I plan on placing my payara with it. Is it a good idea to do that? Cause I never heard of anyone doing that before..

i had a similar thread like that a while ago. You can see my recent started thread for a ton of info. In a nutshell, it's a hit and miss. payaras (i'm assuming armatus) love to target and attack silver, yellow, and red fish. In this case, your RTC is a big, flashy target.

Oh I see, probably not worth the risk then...
Somebody has a vulture cat for sale which I heard dont grow too big and are nice and active, may go for that instead.
