it's a nice rtg but i wouldn't consider it a 5th lvl shine
unless the dimmed and red light is washing the shine
out in the picture... but reg rtg's dont usually get 5th
level shine hence the reason they are cheaper and
classified in the lower bracket. 4th level shine is
most common in reg rtgs and high back rtgs which
is classified a class above the reg rtg unless its of
lower quality usually B/- it will have low shine 3/-

The shine is getting higher than before. When I first got it at 4" the 4th level wasn't finished. Hopefully when I go back over seas soon it will fill out more.

it's most likely only going to get a little better as it grows but wont reach
the full 5th level most likely. regardless it's a nice rtg.
 
you see how the little shine on the fifth row is crystal clear and than just cut off. Higher shine would gradually work it way up to the fifth level, you can even see little bits shine trying to breaking threw the edge of the 5th row scales.
