Oh I agree...thats why I have a divider in the tank Ebjds get stressed very easily like you said. My plan is to eventually get the RTM a solo 75 gallon!

It's just an interesting and a fun experience growing out the fry and seeing how they develop. For sure I will make the fry available to anyone who wants them. My rtm are very good parents and don't eat the fry at all. It's nice to know that you finally know what your rtm are.

Wow. Here the cheapest you can find ebjds are $35. And that's at a young age. When they are bigger some stores sell them for $60

Wow yea I've seen prices like those around here too, and most of the time they have deformities Check out aquabid for some good sellers.
I was very fortunate to get them from a great local breeder.
And just today, I picked myself up a rare Blue Gold jack dempsey...very excited! Will post pictures soon
