Thanks for the reply,congo eels are from the U.S.. The rubber eels come from South America. I have one now,Its a female.Need a male.

You also gave me some info on how to post pics here but my format is different,can'tcommunicate,like me and the wifey

They are call alot of different names,Black rubber eels,black worms,rubber,ect,....

wish they were for sale.The land ones really look like worms !

I don't mind that you asked.I have a female that when I got her over 10 years ago ,she gave birth to 3 of them.


Just a fun animal to watch and she is always looking for food.I have caught two different species in the Amazon,one in Peru,and the other in Brazil at night while I was spearfishing,I had to let them go, no permits at that time.
