The peacocks will also hybridize with each other, and im pretty sure most haps can crossbreed with them as well

I wouldn't worry about them hybridizing. That usually happens when a male or female of the same species is not available to breed with. Since you have pairs of species, the female will know the difference between her own species and another. I had about 16 peacocks (8 pairs) in a 265 gallon tank and never had any cross breeding.
