Ophi,in the artical it says they kill both through envonomation and constricting.Assuming they are rear fanged,and their are no stats of ppl getting bit and sick or anything,are they legal in the states all together or do you think Cali is a no.I would think since they need to chew to inject then maybe they are ok.I guess anyone can answer this I just know Ophi was into them a bit.

Hard to say. Technically, since they are venomous, I would say CA is a no-go. What is the case with hognose snakes in CA?

it made me think of those too,but Ive always seen the hogs here,unless the laws changed,I still see the little rough green snakes and I think those are ven also.I gotta look into it,I think rear fanged is ok.You never know in Cali.
