i never realy put water in the current tank to the present tank when transferring fish
unless its something delicate
i put em in bags float em in the tank and after 15 minutes i put water in the tank from the one hes going in
then after about another 5 or 10 minutes i put em in
ive never had a fish die like that tho
it was stress probobly

I agree with this, if you are using the same water and similar substrate, filtration and temp then there should really be no problem.
