rummy or neon

im debating between rummy nose and neon/cardinal. i like rummy because the school better but neon for their color. the tank is a 55 gallon, aquascaping with rock with hair grass only froming a carpet. what would you perfer?

If you must pick just one I'd go neons and lots of them, cardinals if you're feeling spendy.

I've got a school of about 60 rummies right now. I used to have a school of 120 cardinals, but I prefer the Rummies. The rummies are far more active with a strong schooling instinct.The cardinals would spread out from each other and remain fairly static during the day. they're pretty fish to look at but not very active.

Ive always liked black neons. They school really tight.

I'd second black neons, of all the tetras I've owned they had the most personality.

thank for all the input. i guess im going with rummies, i planing on 30+ rummies, 5 otto, and some cherry red shrimp. i want to keep it simple, i think it looks alot better then a mix communitiy.
